	İSTANBUL - İstanbul Governorate banned all kinds of meeting, demonstrations and marches in Beşiktaş and Sarıyer on grounds of the pandemic, to prevent the Boğaziçi University students from protesting the appointed rector.

	&nbsp;

	İstanbul Governorate wanting to prevent the students from protesting the &nbsp;Boğaziçi University rector Dr. Melih Bulu, a former AKP MP candidate, appointed as a rector to the university by Erdoğan, banned all kinds of meeting, demonstrations and marches in Beşiktaş and Sarıyer.
