
Scores of Boğaziçi students detained during house raids

	İSTANBUL - A large number of students who protested Melih Bulu's appointment as the rector of Boğaziçi University by AKP's President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, instead of being elected, were detained during raids on their homes.

	Students who protested the appointment of AKP's Melih Bulu as rector to Boğaziçi University with a Presidential Decree, were detained during raids on their homes early this morning. On what grounds the students were detained remains unknown.

	&nbsp;

	Police attacked the students who gathered to protest the appointed rector yesterday. Those detained during the police raid were released late last night.
