
10 prisoners on hunger strike in Erzurum

	ERZURUM - 10 prisoners from Erzurum Type H Closed Prison are on hunger strike against isolation.

	An indefinite and rotating hunger strike was started by the prisoners on November 27 with the demand of ending the continued isolation on PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan who is held in İmralı Type F Closed Prison for 21 years. The hunger strike taken over by the seventh group continues on its 34th day in Erzurum Type H Closed Prison.

	It was learned that Davut Kamış, Adem Çallar, Kahraman Varol, Abdülcelil Taşçı, Fahrettin Taş and Melik Polat, and 4 people whose names could not be learned, are currently on a hunger strike.
