Indictment for the rape in removal center prepared 2020-11-23 15:27:48 VAN - An indictment was prepared against two security guards who raped an Iranian woman at the Kurubaş Removal Center in Van on charges of "qualified sexual assault".   The indictment prepared against the two security guards who raped Iranian Z.N in Kurubaş Removal Center in the Edremit district of Van was accepted by Van 1st High Criminal Court. According to the indictment prepared for the incident revealed by the Mesopotamia Agency (MA) with an article on November 14, both security guards are accused of 'qualified sexual assault'. The security guards will brought before the judge on November 26.   REPORTS CONFIRMS THE ASSAULT   It was stated that the security camera footage and the Forensic Medicine report, confirms that the assault took place. In the indictment, it was noted that Y.V. sexually assaulted Z.N. as a result of the complainant's statement, incident report, complainant inspection report, diagnosis report, security camera resolution reports, criminal report, crime scene investigation report and the statements of the witnesses.   It is also stated in the indictment that the statements of the two security guards are contradictory and that Y.V abused the authority provided by the public office and therefore committed the crime of qualified sexual assault.   The indictment that stresses İ.H.K also committed the crime of abusing the authority provided by the public office and therefore must be prosecuted for qualified sexual assault, reads, ".. it is understood that there is sufficient suspicion and evidence to file a public case against the suspects, and the suspects are prosecuted for the actions against them, and the evidence is at the discretion of your court, in accordance with the  clauses written above ..."     MA / Müjdat Can
