Number of detainees increases to 10 in Cizre

	ŞIRNAK - Ten people, including HDP Provincial co-chair Güler Tunç and co-mayor Berivan Kutlu, who had been replaced by a trustee, were taken into custody in the political genocide operations carried out in Cizre, Şırnak.

	 

	A new operation against HDP has been carried out this morning in Cizre, Şırnak.

	 

	Güler Tunç, Berivan Kutlu, Cihan Ölmez, Mesut Nart, Mesut Üçkaç, Reşit Çağlık, Sabri Erdoğmuş, Emin Kalkan, Ali Tanis and Aziz Uygur have been taken into custody following house raids by the TEM, anti-terror squads.

	 

	The detainees were taken to the District Police Department, and it has been stated that the number of detentions may increase.

	 

	On the other hand, while 9 investigations were opened against Tunç so far, one of them was opened against him for visiting the grave of her husband and brother-in-law, Mehmet Tunç, who lost their life during the curfew and siege of Cizre.
