Operation against Education Union: 13 teachers detained

	DİYARBAKIR - 13 teachers were detained in the operation against Education Union members in Diyarbakır.

	 

	15 addresses were raided in the operation that took place in Diyarbakır against the members of Education and Science Workers Union (Eğitim Sen) in the morning. 13 teachers were detained during the raids.

	 

	It was stated that after the police searched the houses, they went to the schools where the teachers worked and searched the lockers of the teachers there.

	The names of the detained teachers are as follows: Şenay Koç, Zeynep Alak, Kasım Aydın, Hacer Alp, Hamdin Öztekin, Yıldırım Arslan, Abbas Şahin, Saliha Zorlu, Tahir Çetin, Recep Şimşek, Mehmet Baydemir, Emin Üst and Devrim Durucan working in the district of Silvan.

	 

	The teachers detained were taken to the Diyarbakır Police Department.
