HDP member Ümit Dede said that Cemil Uğur, one of the journalists with whom he spoke, said that the main reason for the operation was that they courageously uncovered the two men thrown from a helicopter. The detention periods of Mesopotamia Agency (MA) reporters Adnan Bilen, Cemil Uğur, and Jinnews reporter Şehriban Abi, journalist Nazan Sala, former newspaper distributor Şükran Erdem and Fehim Çetiner, who were detained yesterday was extended for 4 more days. A confidentiality order was given for the investigation file.   Attorney Ümit Dede, Deputy Co-Chair of the Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) Law and Human Rights Commission, who went to the Provincial Security Directorate to meet with the detainees, was only allowed to meet with one of our reporters, Cemil Uğur.   Stating that he could speak to Cemil Uğur and briefly saw the other journalists, Dede said they were doing ok.   Dede conveyed Uğur's message and said: "The reason for this detention is the journalistic activities of the MA reporters who uncovered the truth about the men thrown from a helicopter, who shed a light on the TSK murdering people at the borders, who wrote about how Kurds are lynched in the west. This must be known by the public. There is no crime and there are no evidence indicating a crime. Nothing was siezed in our houses and our office except for our news contents."
