Kurdistani Alliance Committee families prevented from entering the village due to coronavirus 2020-09-07 13:08:11   MARDİN - Represantatives of political parties working in the Kurdistani Alliance Committee who wanted to visit the families subjected to racist attack in Sakarya were stopped at the enterance of the village on grounds that the village is under quarantine.   Represantatives of political parties working in the Kurdistani Alliance Committee went to the Yücebağ Neighborhood of Mardin, Mazıdağı to visit the families assaulted in Sakarya. However, before their arrival, the delegation could not meet with the families due to some bans taken on the grounds of coronavirus (Kovid-19) with the decision of the District Hygiene Board.   ENTERANCE TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD BLOCKED BY THE POLICE   Strict security measures were taken in the neighborhood before the arrival of the committee. The enterance to the neighborhood was blocked by barriers and armoured vehicles. Some of the soldiers were seen to be wearing protective clothing.   THERE IS NO ONE DIAGNOSED WITH COVID- 19 IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD   The people living in the neighborhood told the committee members that there is no one in the neighborhood diagnosed with Covid- 19.   The negotitations of the HDP MPs working with the Alliance continue. It is expected that the committee will make a press release at the enterance of the neighborhood, if they are not allowed to enter.   The committee consists of represantatives from Democratic Society Congress (DTK), Democratic Regions Party (DBP) Co-chair Saliha Aydeniz, Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) Spokesperson Ebru Günay, HDP Group Deputy Chair Meral Danış Beştaş, HDP MP İmam Taşçıer, Kurdistan Communist Party (KKP) Chair Sİnan Çiftyürek, Azadi Party, the Revolutionary Democratic Kurdish Society (DDKD), Human and Freedom Party (PIA), the Kurdish Democratic Platform (PDK-Bakur) and the Kurdistan Democratic Party in Turkey (PDK-T) represantatives.
