Criminal complaint against Akkal who insulted Demirtaş

	ANKARA - HDP filed a criminal complaint against AKP MP Tamer Akkal for insulting Selahattin Demirtaş.

	Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) filed a criminal complaint against AKP Manisa Deputy Tamer Akkal, who posted an insulting post against former Co-Chair Selahattin Demirtaş on his social media account.

	 

	In the criminal complaint made by the HDP Law and Human Rights Commission to the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, Akkal was requested to be processed for "offense of libel" within the scope of Article 125 of the TCK.
