Announcing the result, the Contemporary Lawyers Association (ÇHD) stated that the application was rejected.   The statements made by ÇHD on the social media account are as follows:   APPLICATION REJECTED   "Due to Aytaç Ünsal's health condition, the application to the ECtHR with a request for measure has been concluded. The court rejected the application made for Aytaç, despite knowing that Ebru died.   NO IMMINENT DANGER!   Although the hospital and Medical Association reports submitted to the court described the additional risks posed by the pandemic and the negative effects of the prisoner ward, the court rejected it on the grounds that there was no imminent danger regarding Aytaç, without referring to the relevant documents.   However, the court underlined that the state should consider Aytaç's request for an independent physician.   ALL JURISDICTIONS ARE RESPONSIBLE   Just before Ebru passed away, the Constitutional Court also said that there was no imminent danger. After this stage, the responsibility of any negative consequence that may be experienced regarding Aytaç lies with all judicial authorities that do not fulfill their requirements. "
