	SİİRT - An arrest warrant was issued against Specialized Sergeant Musa Orhan who raped a teenage girl, İ.E which caused her to commit suicide.&nbsp;

	An arrest warrant was issued against Specialized Sergeant Musa Orhan who caused İ.E to attempt suicide on July 16. İ.E who has been fighting for her life in the hospital since then, lost her life late last night. Orhan was suspended from duty due to public reactions.&nbsp;

	Siirt 1st High Criminal Court issued an arrest warrant against Orhan today.&nbsp;
