
Prisoners not given water in Hilvan Prison

	ADANA - Hakan Ergün, a prisoner in Hilvan No 1 Type T Closed Prison shared the information that the prison administration does not give the prisoners access to water.

	&nbsp;

	Hakan Ergün, a prisoner in Hilvan No 1 Type T Closed Prison told his family he spoke to on the phone in his weekly phone call that they are being subjected to many violations of rights. Ergün stated that they are having difficulty because they do not have access to water. Ergün said: "The prison administration does not give us access to water. I am having difficulty speaking to you right now due to dehydration. They don't even let us access water from the tab even for an hour a day. We can not meet our basic needs."
