	DİYARBAKIR – Sur Co-Mayor Filiz Buluttekin who was replaced by a trustee, was released from prison.

	&nbsp;

	Second hearing of the case against Sur Municipality Co-Mayor Filiz Buluttekin who was replaced by a trustee and arrested with a request of prison sentence of 7 years 6 months up to 15 years was held at Diyarbakır 11th High Criminal Court. Buluttekin was accused of 'being a member of an illegal organization'.&nbsp;

	&nbsp;

	While Buluttekin attended the hearing via the Audio and Video Information System (SEGBİS) from Erzurum E Type Closed Prison, his lawyers Cihan Aydın, Sertaç Buluttekin and Suzan Akipa were present at the hearing.

	&nbsp;

	At the hearing, the release of Sur Municipality Filiz Buluttekin was decided.
