Stating that the prisoners can not use any of their rights, Temizyüz said: "There is no constitution in Turkey. The authority for these violations of rights are being obtained from the Ministry of Justice, Interior and the Presidency. The petition in Bakırköy women's prison could not be siezed without their knowladge. There are violations in Van, Kırşehir and other prisons. Those are also violations of international law protocols. Therefore we are calling on to the Committee against Torture (CPT) and Amnesty International to intervene to the situation."
