Entry blocked in and out of Van and Tekirdağ as well before HDP's march 2020-06-13 15:54:12 NEWS CENTER - Van Governorate banned entry and exit to the city to prevent the democracy march prepared by HDP. The Governorship of Van banned entry and exit to the city to prevent the march that HDP will start from Edirne and Hakkari.    The governorate of Tekirdağ also block entry in an out of the city with the same reason.   Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) decided to initiate a march called 'March for democracy against coup' following the appointment of trustees, the arrest of the co-mayors and the arrests of Democratic Society Congress Co-Chair and HDP Hakkari MP Leyla Güven and HDP Diyarbakır MP Musa Farisoğulları after being stripped of their MP status. The march will start from two points. One from Edirne, where former HDP Co-chair Selahattin Demirtaş being held prisoner and the other group will march from Hakkari where Güven is elected MP. Edirne Governorate announced that enterance and exit to the city will be banned between June 14-17.   The governorate announced that judicial and administrative action against those who do not comply with the decisions and measures will be taken. All kinds of meetings and demonstrations, marches, rallies, open air meetings,protests, sit ins, hunger strikes, stands, setting up tents, petition campaigns, concerts and festivities were banned.
